Here's my newest deep thought. I wanna know what everyone out there is eating for breakfast. I am so bored of cereal and oatmeal. Any other good ideas?
I have a Royal Chocolate Slim Fast Optima for breakfast almost every day. Tastes like chocolate milk, has 40% daily recommended calcium, and tons of other nutrients. I've also been eating cinnamon raisin bread on occasion, and I love the Red Baron Scrambles (they're like little breakfast pizzas). We make those on weekend mornings some days. Yummy and easy. http://www.redbaron.com/products/bs_scrambles.cfm
Tomorrow though, we'll be having Pioneer Woman's Sleepin' In Omelette. Can't wait to try it! http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2008/05/sleepin-in-omlette/
I have 2 low fat nutra grain eggos every morning .. with smart balance organic (vegan) spread and lite syrup (forgot what kind) .. been doing that for a few months now .. man I'm boring :)
I usually have coffee...I know that's not good, but I'm not a big breakfast person. If I have breakfast, it's either weight control oatmeal, a banana, or I'll scramble an egg :)
I've never commented on your blog, but this is a fun question (I went to high school with Mike & Stacy). I go back and forth between Special K with Red Berries or an EggBeater Omlette with freshly grated cheese and a side of blueberries and/or strawberries...pretty easy, fast, and healthy!
1. Fiber One Carmel Crunch cereal 2. Nutrigrain Waffles & fat free syrup 3. Slim Fast Optima (1 can) chocolate 4. Cream of Wheat with 2 tsp of honey 5. EggStarts with spinach, mushroom and broccoli 6. Apple/Cinnamon Oatmeal 7. Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt and a Granola bar 8. Whole Wheat Bagel & Fat Free Cream Cheese with Sugar Free Jelly
Bagel (or english muffin or toast) with peanut butter and honey. The PB fills me up; if I don't eat this for breakfast I start getting hungry around 10...
I have coffee and a whole wheat bagel with whipped cream cheese every morning. I have had it for years. My girls love either Toaster Strudels (so easy on school mornings), Eggos, or Cinnamon toast (just toast with some butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar).
I love eating breakfast! I go between eggo waffles with honey, and an english muffin and egg sandwich with cheese. During the summer we survive on fruit smoothies made with vanilla yogurt and orange juice.
1. Jimmy Dean croissant with sausage, egg and cheese 2. Eggo waffles 3. Eggo Waffulls (when they used to make them) 4. Cereal occasionally 5. Bagel occasionally 6. Harris Teeter breakfast bar (or 2) 7. French toast on the weekend 8. Eggs/bacon/toast on the weekend

I can't do cereal or oatmeal...too mushy.

I love ice cream for breakfast. :) I'll have Espresso Chip so at least I'll have coffee in the morning. :)
I guess that's not a good example for Leah and Erin... :)
