Let's be honest here

I only got halfway through the book and was not psyched to finish it. I have also heard this from several sources. Do you gals want to call it a day on this round and start fresh after this week? I have too many other interesting reads lined up to spend so much time on something I don't enjoy. If you are mortally offended by this, let me know. :) Otherwise Book Tour #2 has been canceled.

Life is too short for people to read bad books.I am not offended but will finish the book as I managed to get through a bit more. Anxious to hear about the new title.

Whew! I started to post a comment a couple of weeks ago - stating that I was having a hard time getting into this book. But I decided not to because I didn't want to be a party pooper.

LOL. I don't feel bad about not committing to this one, now!

Okay- I too had a hard time getting into the book and just called it quits awhile back. I feel better that I'm not the only one.

I'm going to finish it (almost done) but was concerned about lacking time for questions and comments, so I am not offended. It's an OK book but I wasn't wowed by it either. Better luck with the next selection!

I am just now reading this post...too late. I have finished it. It did get better- it you could get into the 2nd section- but I was biterly disappointed by the ending. I was left thinking "what? That's the end?" Anyhow- I would again like to suggest A Million Little Pieces. I know that it was orginally sold as a true story and that it was later found out to be partly fiction- but everyone I know who read it said that it was still good.
