Baby weight

I decided to start Weight Watchers last week. I came to this decision because I still have 10, count 'em 10, pounds to go before I hit pre-pregnancy weight. Before that I was still about 15 pounds too heavy for my frame and size. I want to lose that 25 pounds before I get pregnant again and start the roller coaster all over. People keep saying, "Won't you be depressed to gain all that weight right back while you are pregnant?" But I will know I started in a good place that is healthier for me and the baby. Plus I will be closer to a healthy weight when I have to lose it yet again. So send me your words of encouragement! I weigh-in Tuesday nights and will keep you posted on my progress (not my actual weight, just my progress).

Good luck! I am supposed to be working on the baby weight I gained after Ella (4 months ago). I have about 20 lbs I'd like to shed.

Haha... I started WW last week too! I told myself that I'd start it once Belle was 6 months old. So far I'm sticking to it. I've got about 25 lbs to go too (well... maybe 30). Maybe we should start a club. :)

Honestly Angelle... I can't believe you're planning to lose 25 lbs! You seriously look great already! Good luck though!

Good luck Angelle!!! I joined eDiets yesterday and planned on starting today, but I never made it to the grocery store. Heh, a great start to my diet :) I think Keri has a good idea, I'd join the club!

I'm proud of you...stick to it..you'll do great i'm sure. You've been trying to go to the gym too..so that shows that you really want it...i cant really see 25lbs to shed but i'm here for support...go for it, keep us posted.=)

Good luck! I LOVED Weight Watchers when I did it before. I like that you can choose to eat Anything...just in moderations. If you like to eat out, look at this site. It has all the points for most major restraunts! http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html

I'm up for the club too! I've been excersing too. I'm going to do a 5K in November so I'm trying to get in good shape and lose weight.

Good luck, Angelle, and all the other ladies starting their diets! And good luck, Christina, on your 5k! I'm competing in a triathlon on October 1st. I'm the slowest person EVER to compete, I'm sure, but I don't care. It's gotten me off the couch and doing something active! :)
